The Foundation for Global Human Dignity is joining forces with organisations around Europe to hold on-line advertisers responsible for how they handle and sell our data.  It is one thing for us to agree to let Google, for example, to collect our data, it’s quite another that they allow third parties to buy and sell that data.  Their third parties are not bound by the use of data policies we believe are in play when we agree to have our data collected – that’s just not right.  We want data processors to be held accountable.

We have joined an effort to register complaints with European member states’ information and privacy commissions and agencies.  It is our sincere hope that our elected officials take the necessary action to force data collectors and processors to be ethical and serious with the information we let them have.  Read our press release and the FAQ.
